How we measure success

We see our graduates thriving and living up to DMA’s motto of “Enter to Learn, Leave to Serve.” Many are active participants in their communities as small business owners, social justice advocates, community leaders, coaches, faith leaders, and educators.

Nurturing the bright lights of our students and graduates and creating a future generation of active thinkers, leaders, and social justice advocates is how our organization seeks to combat inequalities that have systematically hurt our communities.
