Alicia Cleary joined the DMA in June 2021. She is from a small city in upstate New York, where she earned her AS in Psychology in 2008. A resident of San Francisco since 2010, she spent over 10 years in service at Edgewood Center for Children and Families in the Outer Sunset. Throughout her career, Alicia has held several roles in her pursuit of supporting kids and students, including Residential Counselor, Therapeutic Arts Enrichment Specialist, Mental Health Rehabilitation Specialist, and Academic Resource Program Support.

In her free time, Alicia likes to experiment with cooking in the kitchen, hang out in Golden Gate Park, listen/dance to Taylor Swift, and watch cat videos. She is so excited to continue into 2023-2024 with everyone in the DMA Saints community, especially the class of 2026, the class she will be an Associate Teacher with this year!
